THE TEMPERATURE LIMIT indicates the lower temperature limit at which an average man (25 years / 70 kg / 1.73 m) can sleep comfortably through the night. In order to stay warm in this area, the user must dress and behave appropriately according to the circumstances.

THE EXTREME TEMPERATURE indicates the lower extreme temperature that an average woman can withstand for a limited period of 6 hours when exposed to severe cold. Sleep is out of the question here.
