In addition to the asymmetrically opening main compartment with a volume of 16 l, a flat, stretchy mesh pocket and a side pocket secured with a zip provide access to the cell phone or the bar without having to remove the backpack. The lacing on the front scores with a triple function: Stow away a windbreaker or rain jacket when the backpack is full; Compression in depth with less luggage and attachment option for trekking poles. 3D mesh on the back and shoulder straps ensure good ventilation when biking or hiking. A certified mass balance method is used for the ultra-light, siliconized main material of the lightweight backpack. In this process, pyrolysis oil is obtained from used tires, which is fed into conventional polyamide production. Chemical recycling saves up to 60% CO2. In addition, this product is climate-neutral: The emissions from materials, manufacturing process and shipping were determined holistically and systematically reduced. Currently unavoidable emissions were fully offset by the independent non-profit organization "myclimate".
