The innovative filling of the Batura Hooded Insulation Jacket is a quantum leap in insulation technology: the fluffy filling material has the same properties as down - light and highly heat-storing - but is made entirely from recycled material. This synthetic down has the advantage that it warms even when wet and is relatively easy to care for! As is usual with down, these insulating flakes were sewn into chambers in order to achieve the best thermal results. The jacket can be folded up into the elastic mesh inner pocket and is therefore not bulky in the backpack during the ascent. The figure-hugging cut fits perfectly under the hard shell and also reliably protects against cooling down thanks to the width-adjustable waistband. This water-repellent winter jacket with a high-cut hood is made from fully recycled material, is bluesign®-certified to the highest environmental standard and can be used throughout the winter.
